Returns and Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  The original shipping charge is not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fee as well.

To return a product, you must first call (883) 994-3953 or email our Returns Department at: to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your returned product back to us. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

We will accept a return of the product(s) for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of shipment with valid proof of purchase; and provided the product, including the packaging, are returned in their original condition.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

If you refuse a package or return the package opened, instead of following the returns process above, you may wait much longer for a refund or that refund may not be made depending on our evaluation of the goods.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased. However, generally refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the package/merchandise.

Once the refund is agreed, your funds will be refunded via the original method of payment with the following timescales.
