FOR THE Stoneridge EZ-ELD® REFERRAL PROGRAM

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS.
These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply to the EZ-ELD® Referral Program. These Terms are subject to change by STONERIDGE AFTERMARKET, INC. (referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our” as the context may require) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” referenced on the Site. You should review these Terms prior to purchasing any product or services that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after the “Last Updated Date” will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
By participating in the Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program.
1. A referral will be deemed successful once the referred contact purchases a Stoneridge EZ-ELD® device and 1 year subscription.
2.There is no limit to how many contacts you may refer.
3.An individual can only be nominated for the Referral Program one time.
4.Offer is not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals.
5.We reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
6.This offer is not to be combined with any other offers.
7.This program is only available in North America.
8.A referral will not be considered valid if;
(a) You refer people who previously referred you
(b) You refer people you have referred previously and use different email addresses to try circumvent fraud detection
9.All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Program will be resolved by Stoneridge Inc. in its sole discretion.
