Add support personnel
1. Clicking “Support Personnel” in the left menu.
2. Click “Add Support Personnel”. You need to provide the following details:
- Support Personnel Username
- Support Personnel Name and Last Name
- Country code
- Support Personnel Phone
- Support Personnel Time zone
- Support Personnel Email
- Support Personnel Password (Set a password to your new support personnel. The password will be changed by the user in the first login)
- Retype new password
- Set up Permission Levels
3. Click “SAVE”. This person is now added. You can add as many as you need.
