Add support personnel

1. Clicking “Support Personnel” in the left menu.

2. Click “Add Support Personnel”. You need to provide the following details:

  • Support Personnel Username
  • Support Personnel Name and Last Name
  • Country code
  • Support Personnel Phone
  • Support Personnel Time zone
  • Support Personnel Email
  • Support Personnel Password (Set a password to your new support personnel. The password will be changed by the user in the first login)
  • Retype new password
  • Set up Permission Levels

3. Click “SAVE”. This person is now added. You can add as many as you need.
