Resend invitation email

To resend an invitation email to a support person, follow the steps below:

1. Click “Fleet Management” and then “Support Personnel” in the left menu.

2. Click “Support Personnel name” to edit that user.

3. You will be prompted to edit support personnel information and set permission levels. You can change/edit Name, Last Name, Country Code, Phone number and Time zone.

Username and Email cannot be changed.

4. Click “INVITE” in the bottom right corner.

5. You will see a success message to show that the invitation was successfully sent.
